Yoga classes are an invitation to connect with yourself and others through conscious breathing and fluid movement.

A comprehensive practice that offers physical, mental and emotional benefits, helping to enhance overall health and well-being.

It combines hatha yoga and yoga for the soul postures (asanas) and sequences to improve strength, flexibility and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, breathing exercises (pranayama) to increase vitality and focus to cultivate mindfulness and mental clarity, ending with a guide meditation for around 20 minutes.
