At AGUA Journeys and Therapies, we offer sessions specially designed for you, focusing on gentle movement, meditation, conscious breathing, and deep relaxation.

Our classes last around 90 minutes at the end we will share a herb tea from our garden.

Which yoga style you will be practicing?

Yoga & meditation

A comprehensive practice that offers physical, mental and emotional benefits, helping to enhance overall health and well-being.

It combines hatha yoga and yoga for the soul postures (asanas) and sequences to improve strength, flexibility and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, breathing exercises (pranayama) to increase vitality and focus to cultivate mindfulness and mental clarity, ending with a guide meditation for around 20 minutes.

Yoga for older adults

A practice that adapts hatha yoga and yoga for the soul postures and sequences, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to meet the specific needs and abilities of older individuals. This type of yoga focuses on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility while promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It is a gentle and safe way to stay active and healthy.

You will have props; such as chairs, blocks, belts and more, to make more comfortable the session.

Yoga flow

A practice through dinamic and mindful movements of hatha yoga and yoga for the soul postures and sequences, the aim is to shake off and release tensions, allowing the body to express itself and rid itself of stagnant energies.

Breathing plays a central role, serving as an anchor for the practice and as a means to eliminate any unwanted energy. The gentle and mindful guidance invites you to explore your limits safely, while encouraging you to stay present in the moment and in your body.
