Oii! I'm Lau; the founder of AGUA Journeys and Therapies, a soul led project born from my deep love for nature and my lifelong connection to water.

I grew up in Escazú, Costa Rica, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and the vibrant rhythms of the forest. Since I was a child, I’ve felt a powerful connection to nature, she has always been my refuge, my teacher, and my medicine. Water, in all its forms, became my element a sacred space where I could breathe, heal, and simply be.

I learned to surf, earned a scholarship to become a Dive Master, and eventually certified as a tour guide, yoga teacher, and holistic massage therapist. I'm currently studying Physical Therapy to continue expanding my knowledge and the services I offer.

Over the years, I’ve been working as a guide, traveling across Costa Rica and Latin America, exploring diverse landscapes, learning from rich cultures, and deepening my understanding of wellness, nature, and the human experience.

This journey led me to create AGUA Journeys and Therapies, a space where nature, water, movement, and healing come together to create transformational wellness experiences.

My goal is to design journeys that help you reconnect with what truly matters: yourself, the natural world, and the present moment.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the steps that brought me here and so excited to share what I love with you: meaningful journeys and therapies that flow with intention, connection, and care.
