We are heading to the mountains!

The hike is beginner-level, around 5 km round trip, walking on trails full of greenery and the silence of nature.

At the waterfall, we will have a cryotherapy session using cold mountain water, along with breathing exercises to guide us to a state of calm and freshness. After this therapy, you will receive another one; yes, soundhealing will be the closing of this session, thus integrating what we have learned into our bodies.
