This class is a practice that adapts hatha yoga for older adults and yoga for the soul postures and sequences, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to meet the specific needs and abilities of older individuals. This type of yoga focuses on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility while promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It is a gentle and safe way to stay active and healthy.
You will have props; such as chairs, blocks, belts and more, to make more comfortable the session.
