This class is a practice through dinamic and mindful movements of hatha yoga and yoga for the soul postures and sequences, the aim is to shake off and release tensions, allowing the body to express itself and rid itself of stagnant energies.
Breathing plays a central role, serving as an anchor for the practice and as a means to eliminate any unwanted energy. The gentle and mindful guidance invites you to explore your limits safely, while encouraging you to stay present in the moment and in your body.
