Cancellation policy

Thank you for taking the time to review the specific terms and conditions for our Journeys and Therapies. It's crucial to carefully read the cancellation policy before booking and consider purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions in case of an accident or natural disaster, as well as insurance that protects payments.

Regarding journeys of 3 days or more:

  • Cancellation by customer:

  1. Within 30 days before the start date, a $150 administrative fee will be retained, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

  2. Within 15 days before the start date, 50% of the booking cost will be retained, in addition to the $150 administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

  3. Within 7 days before the start date, NO refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling by customer:

  1.  Within 30 days before the start date, a $150 administrative fee will be retained, and the rest of the amount will be used to book your new journey.

  2.  Within 15 days before the start date, 50% of the booking cost will be retained, in addition to the $150 administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be used to book your new journey.

  3.  Within 7 days before the start date, NO rescheduling or refund will be issued.

  4.  If you wish to transfer your journey to another person, the new participant must adhere to the original reservation. Any modifications requested by the new participant will incur an additional cost.

  • Cancellation by AGUA JOURNEYS AND THERAPIES:

  1.  In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), if the booking has to be canceled by AGUA JOURNEYS AND THERAPIES due to reasons beyond our control, we are not responsible for refunds or travel expenses.

 Regarding one day journeys:

  • Cancellation by customer:

  1. Within 7 days before the book date, 40% will be retained for an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

  2. Within 5 days before the book date, 60% will be retained for an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

  3. Within 1 day before the book date, 90% will be retained for an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

  4.  On the same day as the booking, NO refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling by customer:

  1. Within 7 days before the book date, 40% will be retained for an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be used for your new journey.

  2. Within 5 days before the book date, 60% will be retained for an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be used for your new journey.

  3. Within 1 day before the book date, 90% will be retained for an administrative fee, and the rest of the amount will be used for your new journey.

  4.  On the same day as the booking, NO rescheduling or refund will be issued.

  5.  If you wish to transfer your journey to another person, the new participant must adhere to the original reservation. Any modifications requested by the new participant will incur an additional cost.

  •  Cancellation by AGUA JOURNEYS AND THERAPIES:

  •  Cancellation by AGUA JOURNEYS AND THERAPIES:

  1.  In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), if the booking has to be canceled by AGUA JOURNEYS AND THERAPIES due to reasons beyond both parties will be able to talk to schedule a new date.
